Kids Code Jeunesse is dedicated to giving every Canadian child & teacher the chance to learn computational thinking and to code.
We bring code into classrooms across the country. To reach every child, engage all types of students, code needs to be taught in school. Not sure what "code" means? Why don't you tinker with a few projects in Scratch, HTML or Python?
We know that great learning involves lots of creativity and play. Our Code, Create & Play workshops are designed to help children explore coding through games, story-telling, music and hardware such as Raspberry Pis. We hold workshops in libraries, community centres, and in cool learning spaces.
By empowering & supporting teachers with the tools needed to teach computer programming, we know children will excel. We've taught 1000's of teachers & pre-service teachers (K-12) and we're here to help you.
Help us make it happen! Tell your children’s local school, library, or community centre about Kids Code Jeunesse and ask them to contact us. We’ll take it from there!
