"The Rolith 3000 will operate on the surface of the moon. It will collect regolith and smush it together with astronaut trash to make polymer composite concrete. The Mastcam and proximity sensor make sure that the robot moves safely and doesn't hit any rocks. The Rolith 3000 also features REMS (Rover Environmental Monitoring Station), and it helps the robot make sure it is safe to go outside the moon base. The Chemcam is near the Mastcam and its primary function is to analyze the chemical composition of rocks and soil. The Rolith 3000 also includes 3 ultra high frequency antennas that allow for backup if any one of them breaks. The Rolith 3000’s source of energy comes from solar panels which store the sun's energy in a battery. It uses suction to collect regolith and sets up a meeting spot with the robot that collects trash to make the concrete. The wheels work independently to make sure the robot doesn’t fall over."
