Water Collector 3000
"The Water Collector 3000 (WC3) has a map of the moon to locate where water is. It has a rechargeable solar battery to power it. The decision AI has to make is if they want the sample of water and if it wants to send the water to the Lunar Gateway. The WC3 will follow the instructions given to it. The WC3 will drill a hole and collect the water to be studied."
