KCJ contributes to an exhibition at the Musée de la Civilisation
Vast Body - Infinite Movements is the first AI exhibition in QC open to the public! KCJ has co-created the content with the MCQ Media Lab to understand the principles of Machine Learning through a Virtual Dance Exhibition. Everyone is invited! KCJ teams up with EA Motive in Montreal!
More than a dozen youth joined us on a virtual experience series to create video games (concept, theme, engine, character design & code) using Scratch. This event was led by KCJ instructors and volunteers from EA Motive in collaboration with the Bibliothèques de Montréal and Loisirs St-Michel. The series gave them an amazing glimpse into the gaming industry! There may be more virtual series in the upcoming future! Would you like to create a local educational impact in your community? On August 25, from 11:15 to 12:30, teachers from B.C. are invited to attend a KCJ workshop at the Science World’s STEAM DAYS OF SUMMER! This year’s theme is "Code to Learn" and will focus on strategies for developing digital literacy skills across the curriculum while exploring suitable coding methods and tools to support this.
